Dr Zeinah Keen

Zeinah studied Osteopathy for 4 years at the College of Osteopaths in London, completing her final and 5th year at Oxford Brooks University in 2007.

Zeinah has worked as an Associate in Australia and the UK before establishing her own successful practice on the Northern Beaches for 10 years. Her approach first and foremost is listening to her patients. The case history and story that brings people into the clinics provides an enormous amount of information even before she puts her hands on anyone. She utilises numerous Osteopathic techniques, some favourites being myofascial release, trigger point dry needling and indirect functional adjustments. Zeinah is also a qualified Yoga teacher and will, if appropriate, use yoga therapy techniques within her treatment plans.

Zeinah has a wealth of knowledge in the health care sector. Until recently Zeinah was working for Cancer Council, NSW, helping to develop and establish a new role at the RNSH, to increase the uptake of cancer support services to people affected by cancer. Zeinah is passionate about equity in health care and patient advocacy and these days enjoys parallel careers as an Osteopath and Case Manager for NSW Health.

Zeinah has a special interest in Aged Care, Palliative Care, Men’s health, and Pain, including acute, subacute, and chronic. Zeinah treats people in all age groups, from newborn to those living their golden years. Zeinah states that ‘It’s always an honour and privilege to be trusted to help facilitate a body to heal or provide a level of comfort to help someone live their best life’.

Zeinah is available for consultation and treatments on Mondays.
